These details help us find the problem faster:

  • What happened, and what you expected to happen
  • Your device model and whether it is an iPhone or Android phone
  • The app version, if you know it
  • The name of your Chubkin and the email on your account, if you have linked one
  • A screenshot, if you can take one

Purchases

Purchases are handled by the store you downloaded Chubkins from. For a missing item, email us with the receipt from the App Store or Google Play and we will look into it. Refunds are requested through the store.
