Delete Your Chubkins Account

You can ask Petoskey Gaming Company, LLC, the maker of Chubkins, to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Player Data Deletion Request form below.
  2. Enter the email on your Chubkins account and your co-parent share code.
  3. Read the acknowledgments and submit the form.

If you would rather not use the form, email privacy@chubkins.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

What happens next

  • We process your request within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you before then.
  • Deletion is permanent. Your account, progress, purchases and in-game items cannot be recovered.
  • We may keep some records where the law requires it, such as transaction records for tax or fraud prevention. Those records are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you.
